Genisup India Private Limited is a semiconductor and system design company based in Bangalore. We specialize in Foundational IP Fabless Design, Semiconductor & Product Engineering, and IoT solutions. The position is for our three clients (but not limited to): NXP, Qualcomm, and Analog Devices.

Qualification Required:

1. Bachelors or Masters with 1 - 3 years of experiences in standard cells characterization.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Standard cell circuit design, simulation and layout creation.
2. Standard Cell or IO characterization
3. Library view generation to enable digital, analog and mixed-signal design and PnR flows
4. Library QA methodology development and execution
5. Debugging library and design issues
6. Programming and scripting for automation

Required Technical And Professional Expertise:

1. A detailed understanding of CMOS and FinFet device characteristics
2. Prior experience and understanding of digital circuit design (combinational and sequential logic)
3. Ability to setup and run spice simulations
4. Exposure to standard cell characterization tools such as Synopsys SilliconSmart, Cadence Liberate or Synopsis PrimeLib
5. Experience in Library characterization, view generation and Library QA
6. Good knowledge of timing, noise, power and variation modeling for standard cells
7. Strong in scripting languages such as Perl and Python
8. Good interpersonal and networking skills
9. Self-motivated, hardworking and exhibits attention to detail
